Shipping within United States
Order Processing:
Most of the orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of placing the order unless the product is back ordered. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. International customers please scroll below to find more about the international shipping policy.
Free Shipping Policy:
Our minimum standard shipping charges are $5.95.
HsienAcupuncture.com offers free shipping for orders weighing less than 3 lbs (packed weight) and order value over $89 within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America.
For orders weighing over 3 lbs (packed weight) and order value over $89, an amount of $5.95 is credited to the actual shipping charges at the time of Checkout. This discount is automatically deducted from the shipping total at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
HsienAcupuncture.com offers the following shipping options at the time of placing the order online depending on the packed weight of the box and shipping zones.
- USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation/ Signature Confirmation
- UPS Ground
- Standard shipment with Delivery Confirmation/ Signature Confirmation
Our “Standard Shipment” can be either USPS first class, California Overnite or any other service that the shipping department considers most effective at the time of shipping the order.
The following are the approximate delivery times for the various shipping methods we use. Please note that these delivery times are applicable once the order is shipped. Most of our orders are processed within 3-4 business days after placing the order.
UPS Ground:
- 2-7 business days delivery depending on the Zone (please see the chart below)
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico excluded
- Orders to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes are also excluded
USPS Priority Mail
- Arrives within 3-4 business days is the delivery time period.
- Orders to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes are shipped only via USPS
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS
USPS First Class
- Arrives within 5-7business days is the delivery time period.
California Overnight
- ONLY for orders to California, Arizona, Nevada.
- 1 Business day delivery for orders to CA and 2 business days for orders to Arizona and Nevada P.O Boxes excluded

Back Orders:
Our website is updated everyday with the latest inventory status. However, in the very unlikely event that a product goes back ordered, HsienAcupuncture.com will let the customer know through email or phone within six days of the purchase.
In such cases, to avoid delaying your entire order, HsienAcupuncture.com might split your order and send the products that are already available. The back ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available.
Order Tracking
Online tracking is available for all the orders. A clickable tracking link will automatically be included in your shipping notification E-mail. Please make sure to provide us with your email address to avail this service. You can also get the information on the status of the order by calling the customer service or by clicking on the “Tracking Your Order” link at the top of our home page.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:
All orders placed on HsienAcupuncture.com are subject to the customer agreeing to our shipping terms and conditions.
All of our shipping labels are generated automatically through the use of the USPS and UPS software from the information provided by you at the time of placing your order. So if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us or the shipping carrier does an address correction on the label, you will be charged $5.95 per package. For customers who wish to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. HsienAcupuncture.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (you and HsienAcupuncture.com) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it has not been delivered, we will re-ship the package. We will rely on the information provided by the shipping company to determine if a shipment has been delivered to you or not. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct and accurate. The shipping company might sometimes leave the packages near your door when no one is available to take the order at your place. If you feel that it’s insecure to leave the packages near your door or if you think the packages can get lost, we strongly suggest that you choose the shipping method with “Signature Confirmation”.
Tax:
Sales Tax will only be charged for all orders from the State of California at the rate of 8.75%. For any questions, please call customer service at 1-213-271-8076.
Returns & Refunds:
Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective. They must be returned within 7 days. 20% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. After 7 days, no returned products will be credited. HsienAcupuncture.com automatically credits missing items or back ordered items unavailable to ship. Once a product is returned the charge back will be initiated, minus the shipping charge. This process usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card bill. You can refuse shipment, but again, credit will not be charged back until we have received the items. Shipping costs are not refundable. The seal of all the products must be intact and unbroken. All products should be in their original condition. Before returning the product, please send an email to Hsienacupuncture@gmail.com In your email, kindly include your Order Number, Date ordered, and Reasons for return (choose one of the following):
- Damage or defective (in shipping) product
- Incorrect product shipped
- Dissatisfaction
- Other
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer or the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Hsien Acupuncture for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
